WARRANTY

Distributed brands (Applicable to the Oribel Cocoon High Chair, Oribel PortaPlay and Zazu Products only) is warranted against defects in material and workmanship (manufacturing defects only) for a period of 3 months commencing from the date of purchase. We do not repair and refund but may replace parts that is determined by us and determined to be covered by this limited warranty. This warranty is valid only in the Philippines and is applicable only to first owners. Items bought second-hand or pre-loved are not covered by this. This warranty is null and void in the following cases:

1) Wear and tear

  • Scratches and dents on the unit, foam pad, tray table, toys and all the accessories that come with it
  • Discoloration on some parts (Since some parts of the unit is made of plastic, yellowing may occur regardless of usage time) 
  • Misuse and mishandling by end user

2) Use other than in accordance with the instruction manual.

3) An unauthorized disassembly, repair, alteration or modifications. These are considered as product tampering.

4) Misuse, abuse, negligence, improper maintenance or accident, howsoever, cause as determined by us.

5) Rough handling.

6) Corrosion or molding resulting from improper storage, improper cleaning such as storage outdoors, in damp environments or storage with moisture or salt on the product

7) Defects resulting from repair, cleaning or alteration of the product outside of Orijin Global Brands 

Limitation of Remedies under Limited Warranty: 

Your remedies under this limited warranty are limited to replacement of the product or components of the product. In no event will Orijin Global Brands or any of its retailers, dealers, distributors, or resellers be liable for incidental, indirect, or inconsequential damages relating to the product (including any repaired or replacement product or component) or its use.

 

REFUND POLICY

We do not accept refunds/returns and/or exchanges due to:

1) Change of mind and yet, item bought is in good working condition

2) Change of item due to item incorrectly bought by customer

3) Item is not the expected item features or not the expected size (all features and item sizes are fully outlined and indicated in all our listings/website)

4) Defects due to customer misuse or mishandling

5) Item/s deemed to be defective by user but ascertained by the distributor as 100% in good condition

You may, however, have an order replaced if due to a valid reason such as incorrect item shipped, or wrong size. Item must be in original packaging and box. No packaging must be teared or opened since all items (boxed or otherwise) shows the item and color. Kindly email customerservice@orijin.ph within 3 working days from receipt of item so we can have the item retrieved and exchanged. Please note that all requests for replacement are still subject for assessment.

Please note that the following items are not eligible for replacement:

1) Items that are not in original condition and packaging.

2) Item parts where original plastic and/or packaging are already opened.

3) Items that are damaged due to misuse, or showing evident signs of wear and tear.

4) Items that have been assembled or installed unless defective.

5) Items that have been used, altered and/or tampered.

6) Items that were sealed and require their hygienic levels to be intact from the manufacturer.

     

    SHIPPING POLICY

    • Once we receive your payment, order processing is done within 2 working days. This does not include shipping days. Order processing means we verify your payment, we pick and pack your order and log it into our system. 

    • Our payment cut-off is 2:00PM. All orders paid beyond 2:00PM will be processed on the next working day. Payments made during weekends / holidays will be processed on the next working day.

    • Together with our courier partners, we aim to deliver your item/s within 3 to 5 working days in Metro Manila, 7 to 15 working days outside Metro Manila, and 15 to 25 working days in far flung areas.

    • All items are processed by a third-party courier. We, therefore, don't have any control over their shipment schedule. We will, however, ensure that we process it on time so it gets shipped out on time.
